Glowhopper is building digital tools to reduce access gaps in life-saving resources
We streamline overdose surveillance and naloxone distribution data — bridging silos, automating workflows, and delivering real-time insights that save lives.
Overdose deaths continue to rise, and public health agencies are under pressure to respond faster, distribute naloxone more effectively, and meet CDC reporting requirements.
Whether you're a state health department or local community harm reduction program, our platform can help.
Meet CDC OD2A surveillance and reporting requirements
Track and forecast overdose trends
Monitor naloxone distribution and usage across regions
Coordinate rapid response across agencies
Who we are
We're Tiffany and Emily — the co-founders of Glowhopper.
We met at a hackathon and quickly bonded over our passion for civic innovation from different vantage points — Tiffany has built and scaled digital products, while Emily is a leading community program administrator and policy advocate. With a strong background in public health, data science, and community partnerships, we bring 15+ years of experience across the public, private, and social sectors. After speaking to over 100 public officials across the country, we co-founded Glowhopper to build digital tools to help public agencies more effectively distribute critical resources, optimize programs, and justify funding decisions.
Today, we are building Glowhopper for and with communities like yours.
