Glowhopper Go Site Data Sharing Agreement for opt-in consent of organizations sharing information with Glowhopper Go 
This Agreement sets out the terms under which a participating organization (the “Site”) opts in to share information with Glowhopper (“Glowhopper,” “we,” or “us”) for inclusion in Glowhopper’s public-facing directory, Glowhopper Go, and related services.
What you are opting in to: By submitting the Site Update Form, the Site authorizes Glowhopper to receive, store, and use the information the Site chooses to submit to Glowhopper (the “Site Data”). The Site decides which fields it submits.
Public display on Glowhopper Go: The Site agrees that a subset of Site Data — for example, the Site’s name, address, hours of operation, services offered, and public contact information — may be displayed on the public-facing Glowhopper Go platform so members of the public can find and access the Site’s services. The Site may specify which fields are included in the public subset and may update that selection at any time.
Use of Site Data for research and licensing: The Site grants Glowhopper a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, analyze, aggregate, and adapt the Site Data for (a) operating, maintaining, and improving Glowhopper Go; (b) research and reporting, including the publication of aggregated and anonymized findings; and (c) licensing the compiled Glowhopper Go dataset, in whole or in part, to third parties for purposes consistent with Glowhopper’s mission. In return, Sites will receive an annual report from Glowhopper on data usage from Glowhopper Go on their Site to identify utilization and access patterns of Glowhopper Go users with the Site's services.
Ownership: The Site retains all right, title, and interest in its own Site Data. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the Site’s underlying information to Glowhopper. The Site acknowledges that the Glowhopper directory — as a curated, refreshed compilation of Site Data and other sources, including its selection, arrangement, enrichment, and presentation — is owned by Glowhopper as a database compilation. This compilation ownership does not extend to ownership of any individual Site’s underlying Site Data.
Refresh frequency and updates: The Site determines how often its Site Data is refreshed and may add, update, correct, or remove submitted fields at any time. Glowhopper will use commercially reasonable efforts to incorporate Site-initiated updates promptly.
Opting out and withdrawal: The Site may withdraw from this Agreement at any time by providing written notice (email is sufficient) to Glowhopper. Upon withdrawal, Glowhopper will remove the Site’s Site Data from the public Glowhopper Go platform within a commercially reasonable period. Glowhopper may retain copies of previously aggregated or anonymized data already incorporated into research outputs or licensed products as needed to comply with legal obligations, but will not use the Site’s withdrawn Site Data for new public display or new licensing arrangements after the withdrawal date.
Accuracy of information: The Site represents that, to the best of its knowledge, the information it submits is accurate at the time of submission and that the Site has the authority to share that information with Glowhopper.
Acknowledgement and limitations: The Site acknowledges that Glowhopper Go is a directory tool. Glowhopper does not provide medical, clinical, or legal advice through the platform, does not guarantee the accuracy of Site-submitted information, and is not responsible for the actions of any Site or end user.
Terms: This Agreement begins on the date the Site submits the Site Update Form for the first time and continues until the Site withdraws under Section 6 or the parties otherwise agree in writing.
Updates to these terms: Glowhopper may update these terms by providing written notice to the Site. Continued participation after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
